Processing time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Order tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.
- Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for your tracking number to become active — your package is already on its way!
- If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Customs, duties & taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. CurvySweet does not collect or handle any tax or customs fees, and cannot predict which orders these may apply to.
- In the event that a parcel is unclaimed or duties are refused, the shipping carrier may destroy the parcel. No reimbursement will be provided in this case.
