Return & Refund Policy
How to start a return
Starting a return is easy:
- To start a return please visit our Return Center.
- Sign in with your email address and verification code.
- Open your order history, choose the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the 4-step flow to submit the request.
- After approval, you will receive email updates with shipping instructions.

What items are returnable
- You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition with all original tags intact.
- Please keep the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Return shipping
US & UK orders
- A prepaid return label will be provided. Please drop off your return at the designated carrier location.
- You may also request a pickup at your address (additional cost applies).
- A $7 handling fee per order will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs.
International orders
- Please contact our customer support team to discuss return options for international orders.
Exception
- If you received a wrong item or a damaged/defective product, CurvySweet will cover the return shipping cost and waive the handling fee. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Damaged, wrong or lost items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
- If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us with your tracking information and we will investigate immediately.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label to send back the item. Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, the replacement will be shipped to you. Exchanges are free of charge.
Refund policy
We offer the following refund solutions:
- Refund to original payment method
- Refund to store gift card
- Store discount credit
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
Refund timeline
- After your return is processed and approved, refunds to the original payment method may take 1–3 business days.
- Store credit refunds are immediate after approval.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@curvysweet.com.
